Rudest waitress that's ever served me, there Greek salad is lettuce onion and olives that's it, I ordered steak and ceaser they brought my salad out almost 15 min before the steak by itself, and my steak which was supposed to be blue rare was basically a raw steak cooked on extremely high heat, the center was still cold, the old white haired lady from hell can't take any criticism, tread with caution around me her

These people have been great. The food is awesome and the rooms are clean. The new part of the hotel has very roomy and hot showers. I am a truck driver and this is the only plc we stay when working in fox creek. The other day I worked late and because I called ahead the pup stayed open so I could grab a meal before I went back to my room for a hot shower and bed. Again AWESOME staff and cooks. Can't go wrong coming here when in town.

Slow cold food

Poor service. Used to come here all the time and it was great back then. Now its sub par. Food is meh. Beer was room temp upon arrival. Veggies that came with steak sandwich were still frozen in the middle.

Service was great and left me alone while I was eating and on my phone with my kid's. Food was beyond expectations. The home made gravy was amazing and real cheese.Will be my go to when ever I'm working in the area!

We call it Ernie Slows for a reason. Food is usually a miss, though at times it can be alright. The service I've had the last few times has been terrible.

Only good thing is the fact that the waitress remove my dish from the bill. I ordered chicken breast with vegetables and rice. Veggies were cold canned peas, fews greens peppers and onions on the side, rice was cold and chicken was not really good. Service was poor. Don't waste tour time or money there.

Really good food. All the people I work with who have been here recommend it. Bit old school interior though. Is probably the best place in fabulous Fox Vegas to eat. Mostly traditional type food and a nice salad bar to choose from

Lackluster food a service, waited 30 minutes with a cold cooffee to get a burnt sandwich, thumbs down.

Stopped for breakfast on a recent road trip. Ordered the steak and eggs. The young man who looked after me was great. The steak was tender, juicy and delicious and a perfect medium rare.

Service is average, but the product is poor at best. It's so hit and miss. The business is relying on the fact its been an institution in Fox Creek for so long that the staff can put out mediocre food and it will pass. The menu hardly ever changes and the interior decor is the same as it was 20 years ago. The business needs to start paying attention to the customers to maintain a good reputation and quit relying on the past.

The food here is pretty descent. Has a good "local establishment" feel and prices are fair. But they need to get better at answering their phone. They offer take out, but I often have to call 2 or 3 times over before they answer their phone. The employees always seem extremely busy quite often, which is fine, but if being busy and overwhelmed is a constant, perhaps it is time for management to make an adjustment.That aside, I still recommend Ernie O's and I have not had a problem with the service when dining in.

The best food in Fox Creek but that is not something to get an award over

It was awful in so many ways. The chicken Alfredo was microwaved from frozen. The vegetables were uncooked and full of cold water. The waiter confirmed this kept happening. The price was high for the quality. I could type more.

The food was okay for a fast food place, not restaurant. The service was horrible and took them 25 mins to ask me what to drink!!! They ran out of menus, despite the pile sitting beside me the whole time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT.

Good place and good food I thought. Ordered buffalo wrap. Was great. Not sure why people are complaining about service. I didn't go thirsty in the least. The girls were asking for next round long before the last one was done. Will definitely return.

A crazy man came in and started yelling at a random table saying he wasn't gay and had a girl friend. No idea why he did that but it was the best part of dinner.

Good food and good prices for the breakfast special

A little run down, the restaurant is showing its age. But the staff are friendly, the food is good for the price, and if you're passing through Fox Creek it's right off the highway so it doesnt take long to get going again.

Love steaks there. amazingly good and the staff is very friendly, also you can go to the back of the building and order your food to the bar. Addition to my previous review. Today Nov, 29 2017. Steaks are extremely small now. I believe is not a good idea to downsize portions. Lost one star.

Worst Borscht ever! Chicken wings and ribs were passable. One of us had the buffet, burnt fingers on the lids twice, and nearly made it to the first roadside turnout before stomach turned, several stops were made on bad roads. By the time we got to Edmonton he threw everything up on the side of the road. While the servers were really great, it was our first and last time!

The food is good...no 5 star. The service the first time I went....the worst!. Didn't tip the server. The second time, the service was much better.

Not bad ordered chicken wings that tasted awesome the only problem was it took a solid hour to get them once I ordered. After I told them I was paying with debit I was told the machine was busy and as soon as it's free I can pay. That took a solid 20 minutes but other then the wait times the food was good and our server was always there to top of our drinks she acted professional and friendly. Highly recommend the chicken wings

Just passing by on a bike trip. My soul is happy to see rig towns surviving. Good ceasar, good BLT, great service, great waitress. I'll be back.

Breakfast(night shift dinner) is awesome here... huge portions of great food. The waitresses have been friendly and the service is quick.

The burgers are amazing! Even after I moved away from this town the one thing I craved more than anything else was the food from here.

Loved the perfectly cooked crinkled cut fries and gravy.

Cozy little spot. Met an interesting old guy at the machines. The spicey chicken pizza was great. And I won some money on the VLTs. I havent been to the pizza place in town but It would be hard to top the pizza at ernie's. If your hungry come here!

Jan 2017. Ate here several times over 1 week period. Food was quite good. Service was VERY good, mind you it wasn't very busy so don't know how staff is under pressure. Great little soup & salad bar included with many meals

Probably the worst food. Service was decent I guess nothing really special tho. I've been here a long time ago had the lasagna which had a beef patty buried at the bottom and they considered that the beef for the lasagna...so thought I'd try it again. Tried the pizza...its nothing to write home about. Then again tried the beef dip and onion rings. Well 6 onion rings and beef dip on a hot dog bun with cold au ju. Also had the beef nachos to start and my 2 yr old makes better nachos. Walked out paying over 40 bucks for a hack dinner...avoid this place. I'd rate it 0 if it was an option.

Great food and service, best place to finish off your hard day at work in fox Vegas

The service was great and a lovely waitress I had, however the glasses were dirty and as the pitcher. The food was cold not even warm enough to melt the butter. I had pork chop with mashed potatoes and veggies with a side of gravy that was jello like and cold. Now the pork chop I had I could barely cut it with a steak knife let alone chewing it, that would be the experience of knawing on a chunk of leather
